Daily Maintenance Inspection Of Rectangular Industrial Plugs
First check Connector Insert, check whether the internal jacks or pins are intact and whether there are any extraneous objects inside. Then check the socket. Similarly, check whether the internal jacks or pins are intact and whether there are any extraneous objects inside. After the inspection, confirm whether the plug and socket are of the same type and number. Hold the socket flange tightly with your left hand, hold the plug with your right hand facing the socket, and connect the large protrusion on the inner edge of the plug to the large notch on the inner edge of the socket. Still hold the socket flange with your left hand, keep your right hand facing the socket, and screw the plug in clockwise with even force. When the plug presses over the red line mark on the outside of the socket, it indicates that the connection is in place. Note: Do not use brute force to connect the plug. If it cannot be connected, please exit and reconnect. Do not grab the tail cover of the plug and socket when connecting to prevent the tail cover from loosening or being physically damaged.
